Welcome to our 5th Annual Teddy Bear Clinic! We're thrilled to partner once again with Breakthrough T1D, Connecticut Children’s, and Elbowbumpkid Inc for this special event. The Teddy Bear Clinic is a free event for children with T1D and their siblings.

Important Registration Info:
