If your child is newly diagnosed and your family is not economically disadvantaged, you will still receive helpful informational resources and other items, while supplies last.
Please note: Physical resources will be delivered in person at a mutually convenient date and time for you and our team.
Kit supplies are available to families in Connecticut, Rhode Island and western Massachusetts with a child under 24 years old who has been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and is also managing Type 1 Diabetes within the past 60 days.
